How a used cartridge gets back to work

  1. Sorting and inspection

More than 1.7 million used cartridges pass through our sorting line every year. Each one is checked against a database and visually.

  2. Remanufacturing

The cartridge goes through the whole production process – parts are replaced and cleaned, and repaired where needed.

  3. Filling and final inspection

Finally the cartridge is filled with new toner. Our 9 lines can process 49 different models.

  4. Nothing goes to landfill

A cartridge that cannot be remanufactured becomes granulate – which is made into a new cartridge in the United Kingdom.
